Toto nie je len potvrdenie na\u0161ej vedomej a udr\u017eate\u013enej v\u00fdrobnej politiky, ale aj ofici\u00e1lny d\u00f4kaz, \u017ee SOLROOF patr\u00ed medzi najekologickej\u0161ie rie\u0161enia na fotovoltickom trhu, pri\u010dom jeho uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 stopa vo f\u00e1ze v\u00fdroby je jednou z najni\u017e\u0161\u00edch v odvetv\u00ed. GWP (Global Warming Potential \u2013 potenci\u00e1l glob\u00e1lneho otep\u013eovania) vo f\u00e1ze A1-A3 (od \u0165a\u017eby surov\u00edn po br\u00e1nu tov\u00e1rne) pre SOLROOF predstavuje iba: <strong>0,18 kg CO<sub>2<\/sub>eq \/ Wp.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee fotovoltick\u00e9 panely SOLROOF s\u00fa takmer 3-kr\u00e1t ekologickej\u0161ie ako niektor\u00e9 popul\u00e1rne PV moduly vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 mimo Eur\u00f3py.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:2rem\"><strong>Eur\u00f3pska v\u00fdroba, svetov\u00e1 kvalita<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fotovoltick\u00e9 moduly SOLROOF sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa v modernom v\u00fdrobnom z\u00e1vode v Ko\u0161iciach (Slovensko), s rozlohou 21 000 m\u00b2. Nach\u00e1dza sa tu nielen fotovoltick\u00e1 linka, ale aj Oce\u013eov\u00e9 servisn\u00e9 centrum, linka na v\u00fdrobu oce\u013eov\u00fdch odkvapov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov a v\u00fdroba sendvi\u010dov\u00fdch panelov.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1vod bol vytvoren\u00fd s cie\u013eom sp\u013a\u0148a\u0165 pr\u00edsne po\u017eiadavky, v\u010faka \u010domu sme z\u00edskali certifik\u00e1ty ISO 9001 a ISO 14001. Tieto normy definuj\u00fa po\u017eiadavky pre organiz\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 chc\u00fa zavies\u0165, udr\u017eiava\u0165 a zlep\u0161ova\u0165 syst\u00e9my riadenia s cie\u013eom minimalizova\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a zabezpe\u010di\u0165 s\u00falad s predpismi. Okrem toho sa m\u00f4\u017eeme pochv\u00e1li\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi certifik\u00e1tmi, medzi in\u00fdmi:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Certifik\u00e1t ocele XCarb\u00ae z recykl\u00e1cie a obnovite\u013enej v\u00fdroby od ArcelorMittal, Vyhl\u00e1senie o zhode s\u202fdirekt\u00edvou 2014\/35\/E\u00da, Klasifika\u010dn\u00e1 spr\u00e1va o stre\u0161nom produkte FIT VOLT pri p\u00f4soben\u00ed vonkaj\u0161ieho oh\u0148a, Spr\u00e1va o testoch bezpe\u010dnosti in\u0161tal\u00e1ci\u00ed BIPV a PV od CBOiNT, Certifik\u00e1t syst\u00e9mu riadenia kvality v\u00fdroby pod\u013ea normy ISO 9001.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161a v\u00fdrobn\u00e1 linka a syst\u00e9m SOLROOF maj\u00fa tie\u017e certifik\u00e1t VDE. Pod\u013ea tejto smernice s\u00fa v\u00fdrobcovia fotovoltick\u00fdch panelov povinn\u00ed hradi\u0165 n\u00e1klady na zber a recykl\u00e1ciu pou\u017eit\u00fdch panelov.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V na\u0161om pr\u00edstupe k SOLROOF kladieme ve\u013ek\u00fd d\u00f4raz na udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 postupy, preto podnik\u00e1me kroky na minimaliz\u00e1ciu negat\u00edvneho vplyvu na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. Preto pou\u017e\u00edvame recyklovan\u00fa, n\u00edzkoemisn\u00fa oce\u013e XCarb\u00ae od jedn\u00e9ho z najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov ocele \u2013 ArcelorMittal. Zameriavame sa na inovat\u00edvne technol\u00f3gie a procesy, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie cenn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov z pou\u017eit\u00fdch panelov.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sme odhodlan\u00ed k dlhodob\u00fdm rie\u0161eniam, aby na\u0161a technol\u00f3gia podporovala hospod\u00e1rsky rozvoj aj ciele udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i \u0161pecialisti vypracovali realistick\u00e9 scen\u00e1re recykl\u00e1cie, v\u010faka ktor\u00fdm sa 98 % oce\u013eov\u00e9ho \u0161rotu a 100 % elektroodpadu recykluje. 100 % plastov sa spa\u013euje s rekuper\u00e1ciou energie. Vlastn\u00edctvo tak\u00e9hoto vyhl\u00e1senia je z\u00e1rukou transparentnosti a d\u00f4kazom skuto\u010dnej starostlivosti o \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.
