At present, there is a clear trend towards using tin panels and trapezoidal sheets in new developments, not only as roofing elements, but also for façade cladding and wall cladding. Their popularity has increased in recent years, with products that were previously only used for large-scale projects such as halls or warehouses becoming an attractive solution for small-scale projects as well. Their unique aesthetics, detailing and finishes have led to them finding many new applications. They are increasingly used not only in commercial construction, but also in small and larger residential buildings.
Their main qualities are simple and quick installation, striking appearance and efficient operation. They are easy to keep clean. Renovation poses equally few problems. There are many more advantages, so it is hardly surprising that trapezoidal sheets and tin panels are among the products currently in fashion.
The BP2 brand has a number of products to offer on the subject of tin panels and trapezoidal sheets. It is worth getting to know these well, which are becoming increasingly popular. Their versatility means that architects can change their approach to design. The palette of attractive façade solutions offers completely new possibilities when thinking about architecture.
This is the latest product in the BP2 brand’s range. Although it uses modern solutions it is a nod to tradition. Its appearance is reminiscent of classic roofs in which the sheets, like the FIT panels, were joined vertically in alternation.
The longitudinal MICRO RIB profile guarantees a perfectly smooth surface, without any unnecessary rippling. The snap-fit technology allows a visual effect like that of a traditionally fluted seam, and the EASY LINK and BEND LOCK solutions additionally guarantee a perfect fit without the need for visible screws.
The BP2 range is available in more than a dozen profile types. These range from T-7, which is the flattest, commonly used for garage doors or container cladding, to T-200, high profile structural and heavy duty sheets. For residential facades, those with smaller profiles, from T-7 to T-55, are used.
Trapezoidal sheets are available in a wide range of colours and coatings. They are cut to individual requirements and their original aesthetics are enhanced by perforations. The shape, size or arrangement of the perforations can be agreed with the manufacturer, so that not only the construction of the façade, but also its form makes the final effect unique. Very interesting solutions are created that require no additional investment, just an idea for an original composition design.
The SINUS corrugated profile is an example of the successful combination of a traditional shape with the latest protective coatings. While referring aesthetically to classical forms, it offers a wide range of finishing options, giving the sheathing an interesting and hitherto unprecedented visual effect. As with trapezoidal sheet metal, its available wide range of colours and perforations provides ample opportunity to create a customised approach to sheet metal finishes.
Thanks to their versatility, they are widely used. They work well as a façade covering for both new buildings and modernised buildings. They are a very attractive architectural element for designers. They can be covered with various types of coatings that take into account the corrosivity class of steel, are offered in any colour, and offer the possibility of mounting both horizontally and vertically. BP2 is also able to make customised coffers to meet customer needs, and a large selection of perforations in different sizes and shapes, as well as well-developed system finishes, ensure exceptional aesthetics in the implementation.
The main advantages of the wall panels are easy and quick installation and the flexibility to adapt the covering to the shape of the façade. The product is also well suited for combining within the façade with other types of cladding to provide an attractive visual effect. Combined with a wide choice of colours and coating textures, the panels enable the realisation of original wall designs. Here, too, the perforations offer the opportunity for individual finishing.
A versatile solution that functions not only as a roofing, but also as a façade finish. The perfect refinement of the panels is reflected in the high aesthetics.
It is influenced by the MICRO RIB longitudinal profile. The COVER CAP finish, on the other hand, ensures the impeccable appearance of the implementation. LAMBDA 2.0 is available in two panel widths and four types of profiling. Projects in which LAMBDA 2.0 is used on both the roof and façade look particularly attractive. The futuristic appearance of the building block makes the implementation draw the attention of any aesthete.
