CAREER AT BP2

BP2 has been a valued manufacturer of complete solutions for residential and industrial construction since 1995. We also offer our services as part of the Steel Service Centre. We are the creators of the SOLROOF brand and products – integrated photovoltaic roof. BP2 has five production plants in Poland (Cracow, Dąbrowa Górnicza), Slovakia (Košice) and Romania (Cluj Napoca, Timișoara).

RECRUITMENT STEPS

Step 1

We are waiting for your application

All BP2 recruitment ads can be found in the “Job offers” tab. Find an interesting offer and fill in the application form. If your experience is satisfactory to us, we will contact you by phone call.

Step 2

Phone call/video call

During the second step, we will contact you and arrange a phone call or video call, at time of which the position you are applying for will be presented to you and we will tell you about the values of our company.

Step 3

Meeting at our company’s headquarters

You must reserve about 45 minutes. During the meeting we will tell you more about the company, products and our organizational culture. Then, we will ask some questions about your person. We will be particularly interested in your experience, expectations and plans for the future. A simple recruitment task may also be required, depending on the position you are applying for.

Step 4

We will inform you about the result of the recruitment!

We respect your time, so we will always give you a feedback within two weeks from the last meeting. Information about the result of your recruitment process will always be delivered to you by phone call or via e-mail.
