THERE ARE THINGS THAT MUST BE TESTED
Quality of the products in our offer is of great importance, which is why we have created our own professional laboratories in Poland and Romania, where both our products and production materials are subjected to rigorous tests.
Our coverings provide reliable protection for every construction type for many years, even the most demanding ones.
From where this certainty comes? It comes from science and testing constantly carried out in our specialized laboratories.
During the tests, we are able to recreate the conditions of 30 years of unfavourable weather conditions for our products. All of this in 30 days. Thanks to this solution, only the best materials go to the production and our products are covered with one of the longest warranties on the market.
Our products have a reliable quality for many years, which is also confirmed by experienced roofing masters.
Quality of steel is primarily determined by its parameters. However, we believe that emphasis should be made on its origin, basing on the reduction of carbon footprint and sustainable development. All of this for the sake of our planet and comfortable life of future generations. Steel in good class that meets high technological and ethical requirements is produced in many European steel mills.
Only the materials passing every demanding test are admitted to the next production stages. BP2 makes no compromises in this area. Following this strategy, we guarantee that our roofs will remain intact even in very unfavourable weather conditions and high UV radiation impact.
Our product research is based on the following tests:
We have introduced products to the market that are subjected to laboratory tests for the compatibility of colour and varnish structure; among them you will find, among others: IZI and ZET metal roof tiles and the FIT modular roof panel in a wide range of colours inspired by the colours of nature. We perform tests using a gloss meter and a colorimeter, which allow us to provide a 55-year guarantee for colour stability and intact coating structure.
Being a producer comes with a lot of responsibility – we want your smaller and larger investments to be sustainable and safe. Only thanks to detailed research we can be sure that the products we supply are of the highest quality
Available colours
A 35 μm-thick coating that has very high corrosion and UV resistance (RC4/RUV4). Its visual feature is its grained structure. It was inspired by nature and is therefore free of chromium and heavy metals and, as an environmentally friendly product, is at least 80% recyclable. Sheet coated with the ULTIMAT [UTK] flexible coating can be profiled at extremely low temperatures.
Available colours
It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Many years of studying existing coatings and monitoring customer needs, with particular emphasis on the needs of roofers, have allowed us to condense so many different advantages into one product. HERCULIT is a polyurethanecured polyester with a high resistance to mechanical damage and a thickness of 35 μm.
Available colours
Sheet metal coated with a 15 μm polyester layer with a smooth and glossy surface. Due to the low thickness of the organic coating, it is mainly intended for interior applications and building elements not directly exposed to weathering.
Available colours
Basic organic coating with a thickness of 25 μm. The surface is uniform, smooth – shiny or metallic. A material with a very wide range of applications. It is available in a wide range of colours described by means of a universal RAL chart.
Available colours
Thick (35 μm) organic coating with an interesting crystalline texture, resembling thickly applied paint. The core is zinc alloy coated steel that provides enhanced protection against corrosion. The result is a significant increase in resistance to white and red corrosion in RC3 environments.
Available colours
The sheets are hot dip galvanised on both sides in a continuous process which protects the steel core against corrosion. They feature a smooth and uniform surface that meets the highest aesthetic requirements.
Available colours
It is a steel sheet coated on both sides with an aluminium-zinc alloy in a process similar to hot-dip galvanizing. Thanks to this, it meets the strictest requirements for sheet resistance to atmospheric corrosion and corrosion in humid environments. It also has a protective Easyfilm polymer coating.
Available colours
35 μm thick polyester paint with Z275 zinc layer or ZM120 zinc-magnesium layer. It is characterised by its wood structure and adequate protection against corrosion and UV radiation. This combination allows outdoor use, especially where high weather resistance and high aesthetics are required.
The coating for all types of dry erase boards is manufactured on the basis of a galvanised charge and coated with a special Markerboard paint. Surface with gloss of 80-90 GU and hardness of 2H. It is protected by a protective film.
