The form of the two-module sheets facilitates loading, transport and unloading and, above all, makes installation easier and faster. Lightweight and small sheets mean more convenient delivery to the roof and safe storage.
”Z” EMBOSSING is a corrugation technology using a proprietary ”Z” type embossing, which creates deep shadows between the modules. This ensures that the covering presents a unique, dynamic form in all lighting conditions. The shadow of the embossing makes horizontal joints between the sheets less visible. This has a major impact on the aesthetics of the roof covering.
We provide a technical guarantee for the ZET modular sheet roofing tiles for a period of 30 years for the ULTIMAT [UTK] coating and 55 years for the HERCULIT [HC] coating.
Are you working on a roof design and looking for the best solution that would meet all your requirements? Let us provide you with BP2 Libraries to design using BIM modelling. Thanks to precise models, you will be able to prepare a complete 3D detailed design much faster and way easier.

It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Many years of studying existing coatings and monitoring customer needs, with particular emphasis on the needs of roofers, have allowed us to condense so many different advantages into one product. HERCULIT is a polyurethanecured polyester with a high resistance to mechanical damage and a thickness of 35 μm.

A 35 μm-thick coating that has very high corrosion and UV resistance (RC4/RUV4). Its visual feature is its grained structure. It was inspired by nature and is therefore free of chromium and heavy metals and, as an environmentally friendly product, is at least 80% recyclable. Sheet coated with the ULTIMAT [UTK] flexible coating can be profiled at extremely low temperatures.

XCarb® steel comes from more sustainable production processes that reduce CO2 emissions through the use of modern technologies such as recycling, reduced energy consumption, and the implementation of renewable energy sources. XCarb® offers steel with a sustainable profile, ideal for companies aiming to reduce their carbon footprint.
Low-emission XCarb® steel is produced in electric arc furnaces from materials that are 75% recycled and using only renewable electricity. The carbon footprint when using low-emission XCarb® steel is approximately 62% lower compared to standard solutions where the sheet is coated with organic coatings.
Despite reduced CO2 emissions, the steel retains its excellent mechanical and strength properties, comparable to traditional steel products.
